How do the cleaning concentrates work, and what do I need to use them?

The concentrates are designed for use with our reusable glass spray bottle: empty one vial of concentrate into the bottle, fill the rest with water, shake, and spray. They're perfect for cleaning nonporous surfaces and eliminating odors on fabric, upholstery, bags, and shoes.

Are the gel refills the same formula as what came in my original starter kit?

Yes! There's no difference in concentration or performance. The only practical difference is the packaging: if you're using your pouch with a reusable plastic pod, you'll need to dispense the gel yourself (just wipe the old gel from your pre-filled pod out with a paper towel and discard).

How do I know which gel refill size I need for my pods?

The right size depends on how many often you're refilling your Azuna jars and when you'd like to reorder. For smaller areas or ongoing maintenance, a 12 ounce pouch is likely enough to top up your jars periodically; for larger households or bigger spaces, we recommend at least one 24 ounce pouch (which fills three standard, 8 ounce Luxe Glass jars for up to 90 days).
