What is tea tree oil?
Tea tree oil is renowned for its natural odor eliminating, air purifying and surface cleaning properties. Also known as melaleuca oil, it comes from the leaves of the Australian tea tree.
How does Azuna work?
Azuna is a low-concentrate tea tree gel. Microscopic particles evaporate from the gel to absorb the odors caused by mildew, bacteria, and fungus. This action actually cleans your air, rather than simply masking the smells.

How long does Azuna last?
The dissipation rate for Azuna varies based on room conditions, but in general, every ounce of Azuna covers 100 square feet for up to 90 days.
For example, a 2 ounce Azuna pod will last up to 90 days in a 200 square foot room.
Conditions that may increase the dissipation rate include, but are not limited to:
- Being placed near or directly under a fan
- Heavy cigarette odors
- Heavy pet odors
How do I open the Azuna pod?
Step 1: Remove the lid and the inner seal
Step 2: Replace the lid and peel off top sticker
Step 3: Place in desired area and get ready to breathe fresh air!
How will I know when it is time to replace?
As the gel removes microbial-caused odors from the air, it will begin to harden and turn yellow in the pod. Once it hardens, it is still effective for up to 30 days before needing a refill.

What do the different scent options smell like?
Please note, all of our scents are subtle (to most people) as our products are meant for eliminating odors rather than masking them.
Natural - Crisp tea tree scent with a hint of lemon
Citrus - Fresh orange with a bit of cranberry
Vanilla - Smooth vanilla bean ice cream
Aromatherapy - Fresh and clean with a hint of lavender
All of our refill gels, sprays and multi-purpose cleaning wipes include the sustainably sourced Australian tea tree oil; a binder made with polymer extracted from plants; water; and a blend of essential oils that vary by the scent. All of our products are vegan and cruelty free!

Where is Azuna made?
Azuna is made and shipped out of Buffalo, NY. We are very proud to be able to make this amazing product in our hometown!
Is it toxic? What if my cat/dog/child ingested some?
The Australian tea tree oil in Azuna is 100% natural and environmentally safe.
Unless there is an underlying allergy, tea tree oil is not toxic if it comes into contact with the skin.
As a low concentrate gel, Azuna should not cause any long term issues if ingested orally. However, we do recommend seeking medical attention if this happens.

Because subscription items are receiving a 20% discount, we usually do not allow you to combine this with other sales or offers*.

How do I edit my subscription?
1. Go to azunafresh.com/account and sign in with your email address and password.
2. After logging in, click the "Manage Subscriptions" button on your account page.
3. Select your subscription, then select the edit option.
When I try to log into my account, my email address isn't recognized. Why?
After placing your first order, you will automatically receive an email from us asking you to activate your account. If you don't activate your account, your email won't be recognized. Be sure to allow emails from @azunafresh.com to come to your inbox, and check your spam folder if you don't see an activation email.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes! After you have purchased two orders from your subscription, we can cancel all future automated orders for you upon request!
All sales are final.
We accept returns or exchanges for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, email within 30 days of the purchase date. We will respond promptly to ensure a replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, you’ll be issued a refund for the full purchase price to the form of payment used to place the order.
Items must be returned in the original box, in unopened/like new condition. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
