Scents are personal—and if something you ordered isn’t quite right, we get it. While we recommend waiting a full two weeks to see how Azuna works in your space, we offer a one-time money-back guarantee as long as a return is initiated within 30 days of your order’s arrival.

Opened it? No problem. Used it? Cool with us. All we ask is that you send back the items you’d like to return. We’ll send you a prepaid return label, and a $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. If you’d like to keep part of your order, we’ll honor a partial refund, too

Packages that are refused, returned to sender, or otherwise returned to Azuna without prior return authorization may be subject to a return-to-sender processing fee, which will be deducted from any refund due. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
