Subscription Order Management Policy:

We want to make managing your subscription as simple and flexible as possible.

Updating/Canceling Your Subscription

Subscribers may update or cancel their subscription (including product selection, quantity, shipping address, or billing information) at any time before an order confirmation is issued. Simply login to the Customer Portal.

Once you receive your order confirmation email and an order number has been generated, the order has begun processing.

Changes After Order Confirmation

If you need to make changes after receiving your order confirmation:

  • Please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible.
  • Include your order number in your message.
  • Our team will review your request and do their best to accommodate changes before the order ships.
  • Please note that we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or fulfillment.
